Return Policy:
- Customers can request for the return on our website
- This return initiation should be made within 7 days from Order Delivery
Terms and Conditions:
- The product should be returned with the proper packing
- Products that are about to be returned should be in good condition , the labels should be on the right place otherwise it won’t be accepted.
Products that can’t be returned
- The product that is in unsealed/opened/used condition.
- Products marked as Non-returnable.
- Damaged, torn or marked clothing items
Cancellation Policy
- Customers can cancel an order by clicking on the Cancel link/button.
- Customers will be able to cancel an order till the time it is dispatched from our warehouse. In case you are unable to cancel an order from the website, you can reject the order at doorstep if it is in COD condition.
Refund Policy
Refund against cancellation
Our valued customers can get Refund against Cancellation of Order or any failed payment by way of credit to the original mode of payment – Credit/Debit Card, or Net banking or Third Party Wallet.
Refund against Return
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers can choose to get their refund on Return through one of the below options. The refund will be initiated within Five Business days from the date of return pickup.
- Refund credited to the Bank Accountentered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request. In case of transaction failure due to invalid bank account details. BeSure Mart reserves the right to refund the amount to the other account number provided by the customer.
- Refund credited to the Bank Account associated with the UPI IDentered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request.
In the case the payment is made by Credit/Debit Card, Internet Banking or any Third Wallet, the customer will get the refund within Seven to Fifteen Working Days. Sometimes, delay in refund solely depends on the respective bank.
